Return on Defect :
We will gladly accept returns if there are any product issues. Please email us at taanabaanaweaves [!at] gmail.com.We take product quality very seriously to make sure the sarees shipped are of highest quality.In the rare occasion, if there is an issue or defect in the item we shipped you, please send us an email within 48 hours of the shipment being delivered with the picture of the defect and we will gladly accept the return with no questions asked and also provide you a free return shipping label.
Returns for other reasons :
If you would like to return for any other reason, we still will accept the return for exchange or store credit , as long as you notify us within 48 hours and the saree or product is returned within 7 days in original condition with no use and in same packaging with all tags, where the buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% service charge is applied to returns/exchanges with no product defects. Please contact us at Taanabaanaweaves [!at] gmail.com before returning the saree. Only after the return is received and the saree or product is confirmed in good condition will the exchange or store credit be issued. Please note that shade differences are considered in this segment.
